His interactive work has won awards in Communication Arts, How Magazine, ShowSouth, the District ADDYs, and the One Show. Jared is an Open Source advocate and active in the International Webmasters Association and the Birmingham Linux Group. He has also received certification from the Linux Professional Institute.
