Business Intelligence Analyst / Nashville

  • Reports to: Director of Business Intelligence
  • Supervises: BI Coordinator(s) and Research Project Manager(s)


The suggested qualifications for the position of BI Analyst are:

  • Bachelor’s (4 year) degree is required in Advertising, Public Relations, or Marketing AND at least 5-7 years of experience in market research
  • Or, Master’s degree in market research or similar field and 3-5 years of market research experience in an agency environment


Lewis is looking for a BI Analyst with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in conducting and analyzing market research. You will work within our internal BI practice and interact with all teams within the agency in order to support our clients’ work. You will manage projects as assigned to you by the Director of Business Intelligence but, at the same time, will function as part of the broader BI team.


  • Oversee and advise Research Project Managers on methodology recommendations, instrument development, and data collection
  • Coordinate research analysis phase with research project managers and data visualization team
  • Develop strategic insights and recommendations from findings, while incorporating BI team resources into the final recommendation
  • Work closely and train Research Project Managers to recommend methodologies, and gather and analyze data
