Campaign Operations Coordinator / Birmingham

Lewis Communications seeks a highly motivated growth marketer to join our channel engagement and business intelligence teams. This person should be adaptable and curious with an aptitude for technical application as related to analytics and channel measurement.

The Ops Coordinator understands and can drill down to niche metrics within website analytics platforms. Alongside a channel specialist, this person is responsible for implementing appropriate tracking tags in efforts to accurately and precisely measure audiences, engagement, and conversion, among other performance metrics. Additionally, they work to validate data sources into data visualization platforms, and assist in the development of visuals to support identified insights.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with channel specialists to determine audience, event, and paid media performance tracking tags as related to a particular campaign or project.
  • Work closely with business intelligence specialists to learn how to apply research and data to campaign development.
  • Partner with CE Specialists to define, enable and review campaign-level reports.
  • Maintain a methodical, standardized process for website and media tagging.
  • Assist our clients in IT and Dev roles as needed.
  • Work closely with the channel team to ensure data is tracking, flowing, and make actionable with ongoing recommendations for internal teams as well as our clients.
  • Interpret performance metrics to inform adjustments in engagement strategy.
  • Develop insights into owned, earned and paid media performance.

Qualifications

  • Must have comprehensive understanding and experience working in Google platforms (Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Ads, etc). Should also be familiar with industry tools such as Adobe, Tableau, Big Query, Datorama, DOMO and more.
  • Understanding of Search - Paid and SEO, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Online Lead Generation is a plus.
