A minimum of 5 years experience
A superb advertising portfolio is absolutely required for consideration
Proficient in social media, long-form writing, and conceptual advertising
An enthusiastic work ethic
Capable of strategic leadership on a project
Experienced and proficient in all forms of media, from social posts to advertising to long-form collateral and web content
Ability to master complex subject matter and make it emotionally meaningful to multiple audiences
Superb copywriting skills in all media
Partners well with designers, art directors, developers, and strategists
Accepts feedback thoughtfully and able to change direction based on input
