CRM+Email Director /

Lewis is a dynamic and innovative marketing company seeking a highly skilled CRM Expert with extensive experience in Salesforce, proficiency in development, knowledge of email platforms, and a deep understanding of marketing strategies. As a key member of our team, the CRM+Email Director will play a crucial role in optimizing our customer relationship management processes, driving sales, and enhancing overall marketing effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience (7+ years) working with Salesforce CRM, awareness and understanding of other CRMs, including configuration, customization, and integration
Strong Development Skills as they pertain to CRM
Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation, with a track record of successful email campaigns
Comprehensive knowledge of marketing strategies, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle management
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive meaningful insights from data
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to find innovative solutions to business challenges
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are a plus
CRM Management & Development:
Implement, configure, and customize Lewis/client’s CRM to meet the specific needs of the organization.
Monitor and maintain the integrity of CRM data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Develop and manage CRM reports and dashboards alongside the measurement team to provide insights and analytics for sales and marketing teams.
Train and assist sales and marketing teams in utilizing CRM effectively.
Utilize development skills to build and enhance CRM functionalities tailored to the company's requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop custom solutions and integrations to streamline business processes.
Email Platforms and Automated Flows:
Oversee the setup, management, and optimization of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).
Create and manage automated workflows and drip campaigns to nurture leads and support the sales process.
Continuously analyze and improve email marketing performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, in collaboration with the Channel and Creative Teams.
Marketing Strategy Support:
Work closely with the team to understand objectives, target audience, and campaign goals.
Leverage CRM data and insights to provide strategic recommendations for marketing initiatives, including segmentation, personalization, and lead generation tactics.
Support the alignment of sales and marketing efforts to improve lead-to-customer conversion rates.
Data Management and Security:
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices related to CRM data management and security.
Implement data cleansing processes to maintain data accuracy and cleanliness.
