Marketing Analyst /
Lewis seeks a Marketing Analyst to leverage and inform our marketing analytics and campaign performance measurement practice. This person will use their analytical expertise to extract valuable insights from data, create informative reports and visualizations, and contribute to strategic growth. Strong business and financial acumen will be leveraged to inform and expand on agency marketing/advertising initiatives.
Reports to: Marketing Analytics Supervisor
The suggested qualifications for this position are:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising/Public Relations, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
Experience: 3-5 years in an advertising or marketing agency setting with proven experience in analytics and reporting
Curious and self-driven, with a hunger to learn and share knowledge with your team members.
Experience creating compelling reports with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau).
Strong understanding of using Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects to achieve organized, on-time results.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative and willing to partner with others to understand and reconcile business and client needs.
Ability to translate and relay technical concepts, limitations, and requirements to stakeholders and comfortable demonstrating the solutions to peers.
Experience using Business Intelligence tools like Tableau Prep, FiveTran, Hevo, etc. to blend various datasets is preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun, and entrepreneurial environment.

Customize and tailor internal and client-facing reports to reflect performance and solution insights for owned, earned, and paid efforts
Analyze and report on internal and external data to drive customer engagement, business revenue growth, and financial outcomes.
Seek out and enable improvements in our reporting processes
Generate clear, easy-to-understand presentations, illustrating insights and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with Paid and Owned Media Specialists to define, enable, and review campaign-level reports. Interpret performance metrics to inform adjustments in engagement strategies for maximum impact.
Work with account service teams to plan and implement tracking solutions for various platforms (Email, Blog, Social, Digital Display, Paid Social, and Websites).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform ongoing evaluation and testing, providing data-driven insights to inform optimization strategies.
Maintain processes for collecting, cleaning, and storing web analytics, paid media delivery data, and client data.
Create and manage systems, processes, and data structures to build project and client-specific data environments.
Ensure correct configuration and utilization of Google Analytics and Marketing products.
