The Operations Manager will have a working knowledge of all employee job functions and abilities and will constantly strive towards building trust and team-building between all offices. The Operations Manager will be the owner of all things Mavenlink and the corresponding processes. This position will work directly with the Creative Directors and the Operations Director to assign work as needed, including freelancers, and will also serve as a mentor and trainer to all new employees. Seek opportunities for employees to cross-train and learn new skills; help them establish a roadmap to do so.
Work closely with each company Leadership Team member to ensure that their needs are considered as workflow and resource planning options are developed and implemented.
Assist with diagnosing and resolving issues that arise within the company, along with forecasting future resource needs.
Refine workflows and processes to maximize efficiency, and ensure they are followed accordingly by the assigned team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with all employees.
Learn and maintain a working knowledge of what skills and roles employees play within the company, as well as areas they would like to grow in, and look for opportunities when this might be a fit.
2-5+ years experience in project/resource management.
Excellent problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Is an excellent communicator, collaborator, and team player who cultivates positive working relationships with project teams, thrives on helping people overcome obstacles, and keeps everyone up-to-date with what’s happening.
Has excellent organizational skills, owns all project logistics, keeps teams on task and meetings focused, and enjoys juggling a variety of tasks.
Is a self-starter who proactively finds a way around obstacles and asks for help when it’s needed.
Sets expectations and manages schedules effectively yet with a flexible manner that shows solution-focused thinking, not just problem identification.
Detail-oriented, take-ownership attitude; self-organized and highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects.
Experience with Mavenlink or any project management system is a plus but is not required.
