Lewis MobCity is looking for a conceptual Art Director with 3+ years of agency experience and capable of creating award-winning work across all mediums. (Digital, social, broadcast, print, and experiential.) You’ll work with our Creative, Accounts, Strategy and Production teams to support clients. Our Art Directors work with a copywriting partner to create campaigns that translate strategies into original work for a wide range of clients in a wide range of categories. Together, with your partner, you will carry out projects assigned to your team and ensure the quality of the final product. Digital Media Specialist /

The Digital Media Specialist role is responsible for overseeing the management of digital marketing and advertising campaigns for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and execution including search engine optimization, social media campaigns, programmatic advertising, email marketing, as well as a firm understanding of website design and functionality.

Requirements

Organic Social

Collaborate with Content Planning Managers to determine the most effective strategies for achieving campaign goals through organic social content in conjunction with other paid, owned and earned tactics.

Create and distribute social content across various platforms. Adhere best practices and help lead creative execution of content across multiple channels.

Perform ongoing evaluation and optimizations of social analytics (including the blog/site) while also monitoring performance and trends and report to the internal team on a monthly basis. Based on data found through analysis, work with the team to provide and execute actionable ideas that enhance a brand’s presence and achieve business goals.

Utilize social listening tools to have a broader awareness of audience sentiment for a brand and a brand’s market. This can be used to discover influencers and collect user-generated content to utilize in future organic social.

Content Planning

Maintain the editorial calendar by scheduling due dates and tracking content through the editorial process.

Stay up to date on new trends and platforms while assisting in researching and educating internal teams on trending topics, and helping guide content writers alongside the Content Planning Manager.

Conduct research and assist the Content Planning Manager in performing content audits to enhance content plans and the overall strategy. Includes identifying relevant topics, fact-checking, and analyzing sources to generate information.

After researching, identify holes in all current content - website, blogs, social, videos, etc.

Work closely with the Content Planning Manager to develop and execute an audience and channel-specific content strategies that will effectively reinforce key narratives.

Community Management

Monitoring, responding, engaging, and managing audience questions/comments via: private messages, posts to pages, reviews, recommendations, mentions, brand tags, location tags, branded hashtag use, and post comments in a timely manner. Ultimately, this person should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies and business goals.

Coordinate with internal marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and voice are being followed.

Discover and engage with potential fans, followers and relevant accounts to grow brand awareness while building and maintaining relationships.
