Careers

Everyone is welcome at Lewis, as long as they are hugely talented, kind and eager to do the best work of their careers. We take the work seriously, but ourselves, not so much. Here are a few traits we believe are important in a great Lewis employee.

We are kind. Prima donnas and cutthroats, you’re not going to like it here so much.

We are resilient. We don’t let the occasional bump in the road stop us from coming up with another great idea.

We are honest. With ourselves and with one another.

We are relentlessly curious. We aspire to be great students of the business and to share what we’ve learned.

We are grownups. Mom might’ve had to ask you to clean your room, but no one should have to spellcheck your layout or make sure the assignment is delivered on time.
