Everyone is welcome at Lewis. We look for people who are hugely talented, kind and eager to do the best work of their careers. We take the work seriously, but ourselves, not so much. Here are a few traits we believe are important in a great Lewis employee.
We are kind. Prima donnas and cutthroats, you’re not going to like it here so much.
We are resilient. We don’t let the occasional bump in the road stop us from coming up with another great idea.
We are honest. With ourselves and with one another.
We are relentlessly curious. We aspire to be great students of the business and to share what we’ve learned.
We are grownups. Mom might’ve had to ask you to clean your room, but no one should have to spellcheck your layout or make sure the assignment is delivered on time.

You’re smart. You’re savvy. You’re great at connecting with audiences emotionally, and you’re the kind of creative who inspires others to do their best work. You’re also patient when things don’t go exactly your way.
Your outstanding portfolio is a given, but you care as much about the day-to-day work of connecting with customers as you do about award fodder. You think it’s just as important to win at life as in the OneShow.
You thrive on the details and aren’t afraid of complicated topics. You understand what it takes to connect emotionally with diverse audiences. Then, you’re adept at turning those insights into emotionally meaningful, resonant copy for topics that matter deeply to their target audiences.
You’re just as comfortable with long-form web content, collateral, and video work as you are with crafting a profound headline. You partner superbly with designers, art directors, and strategists and are optimistically resilient when a project hits an inevitable bump in the road.
