Social Media Strategist / Birmingham

Description:

Lewis Communications is looking for an experienced social media leader to join the team. The candidate much have experience in all things social media - content, community management, paid social and reporting. They will have experience and an interest in public relations, strategic communications, crisis management and reputation management. This person will work across all departments to develop, execute, and advise effective social strategies for our clients.

Goals:

  • Manage, lead, mentor and coach social media team members responsible for community management, content creation and influencer programs.
  • Consistently create ongoing social media campaigns across multiple channels that achieve growth and engagement for our clients
  • Drive a stronger social media strategy by proving results through testing and metrics
  • Become a leader for media in terms of providing insight of placement in social channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Will need to build, lead and nurture social media advocates within internal team

Qualifications -

  • 4+ years experience in digital marketing and social media

Art Director / Mobile

Lewis MobCity is looking for a conceptual Art Director with 3+ years of agency experience and capable of creating award-winning work across all mediums. (Digital, social, broadcast, print, and experiential.) You’ll work with our Creative, Accounts, Strategy and Production teams to support clients. Our Art Directors work with a copywriting partner to create campaigns that translate strategies into original work for a wide range of clients in a wide range of categories. Together, with your partner, you will carry out projects assigned to your team and ensure the quality of the final product. You will be expected to execute the visual aspect of your team’s work and ideas with a keen eye and high level of skill as well as manage other aspects of your projects.

You’re highly conceptual when it comes to campaign thinking and have the design chops to match.

Digital Media Specialist / Mobile

Lewis Mobile is looking for a Digital Media Specialist that will have a hand in most digital media efforts including media buying and planning, reporting, analysis and optimization. You will need to understand how digital channels work and make conclusions as to how it can be strategically used for clients. This person will work with the Senior Digital Media Manager and Analyst with execution and daily management of campaigns, implementation, recommendations and analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic digital recommendations based on parameters such as goals, market research, target audience, geography, timing, and budget. Digital tactics include, but are not limited to Paid Search, Targeted Display, Streaming Radio, Video Preroll, and Social.
  • Digital recommendations will be integrated into larger media plans, which also include mass media tactics. In this case, collaboration with a media planner/buyer and account team will be required.
  • Craft rationale for recommendations and format into presentations for internal and/or client-facing purposes.
  • Complete Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager and Analytics training.
  • Build strategies, tracking tags, optimize and report results on campaigns executed through social channels, Google Analytics, AdWords and Lewis’ in-house DSP.
  • Develop keyword lists, ad groups, and text ads for paid search campaigns.
  • Analyze and pull reports for digital media efforts.
  • Work within social channels to set up ad campaigns, schedule payments, analyze and report.
  • Place media orders and assist in client billings and reconciliation.
  • Execute dashboards showing campaign results and performance.
