Senior Data Strategist / Any Lewis Office


Overview

As a Senior Data Strategist at Lewis, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that propel our creative and strategic decisions to new heights. You will lead initiatives that enhance client campaigns through data-driven strategies, ensuring our creative solutions are innovative and impactful.

  • Reports to: Vice President of Strategy and Research

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in data strategy or analytics within the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages such as R or Python is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable and actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading projects and teams.
  • Deep understanding of the advertising landscape, including digital, social, and traditional media channels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • ​​Develop and implement comprehensive data strategies that align with client objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with creative, account, and channel teams to integrate data insights into all stages of the marketing process.
  • Design and manage analytics frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness, audience insights, and media performance.
  • Leverage various data sources, including first-party client data, third-party data, and proprietary research, to inform strategic decisions.
  • Create and present compelling presentations to clients and internal teams that tell a story with data, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and tools in data analytics and advertising technology to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, data visualization designers, and junior strategists, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations.
  • Develop predictive models and advanced analytics to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns proactively.
  • Work closely with the business development team to define data capabilities in pitches and proposals.
