When a creative agency focused on empowering neurodivergent individuals asked us to help them define their brand and design their website, we were all too happy to jump in. Our efforts went beyond merely establishing a visual identity—we built a brand platform rooted in the ideas of inclusivity, creativity and spirituality. Using thoughtful strategy, accessible design, and clear storytelling we created an expression of the brand that is at once professional and human.

Designing a Platform for Neurodivergent Talent to Thrive

The Concept

The Ability Machine logo was designed to convey the ideas of growth, connection, and balance. The triangular form is meant to subtly evoke the idea of the Holy Trinity while simultaneously conveying the notions of strength and stability. The interconnected shapes illustrate the relationship between thinking, creation, thriving and collaboration. Together, these elements reinforce the agency’s mission to create pathways for neurodivergent talent to grow, express ideas, and find their place in the creative world.

The Brand

Building the brand meant striking a careful balance between professionalism and inclusivity. We developed a visual identity and voice that felt credible within the creative industry while remaining warm, expressive, and inclusive. Every decision—from typography and color to tone and messaging—was guided by accessibility and clarity, ensuring the brand could be experienced confidently by a wide range of users. The result is an identity that reflects the agency’s values, highlights the talent it represents, and creates a foundation for long-term growth.

The Website

Along with the branding, we built a website that is fully accessibility compliant and true to the Ability Machine’s mission. The site was designed to meet WCAG standards while showcasing their creative work and sharing the story behind the company. The result is a clean, user-friendly platform that highlights their capabilities, celebrates neurodiversity, and strengthens their brand presence.

This project was a reminder that design can do more than communicate—it can create opportunity. The resulting brand and digital presence provide a flexible, inclusive foundation that reflects the mission, elevates talent, and supports continued growth. Ultimately, it shows how creativity, when guided by purpose, can make a lasting difference.

In a season crowded with endless discounts, LED Technologies set out to turn an expected holiday promotion into something that stands out and keeps customers coming back for more. Following Black Friday and Cyber Monday, we launched a 12-day, advent calendar-style campaign featuring exclusive 24-hour product deals across reVive Light Therapy™ and dpl® pain relief. Created specifically for our owned audiences, the campaign kept holiday excitement alive, drove Q4 revenue, and delivered a shopping experience that felt festive, thoughtful, and truly exclusive.

Why 24-Hour Deals Won the Holidays

The Idea

With shoppers growing tired of predictable percentage-off sales, our challenge was clear: cut through post-Black Friday noise without relying on paid media. Our answer was a limited-time, daily-deal campaign built around anticipation and exclusivity.

Each day revealed a new, product-specific offer—ranging from dollar-off discounts to BOGO deals—available for just 24 hours. Access was limited to email subscribers and social followers, making each deal feel like a reward for loyal customers. A festive, advent-calendar-inspired design brought the concept to life, turning daily shopping into a moment customers looked forward to throughout the holiday season.

By working closely with the client to align offers with inventory and margins, we ensured the campaign delivered value for both customers and the business. The result was a standout holiday promotion that extended momentum, activated new audiences, and proved that owned-channel campaigns can shine—without the paid support.

The 12 Days of Deals campaign proved that holiday promotions can be more than just discounts. With the right mix of anticipation and exclusivity, our campaign turned everyday emails into can’t-miss moments that delivered meaningful growth.

Lewis once again raised a glass to global connection with the 2025 World Bourbon Toast™, created in partnership with the Kentucky Distillers’ Association for the Kentucky Bourbon Trail®. Building on last year’s success, the event expanded to an even larger stage — Bourbon & Beyond, the world’s largest food, Bourbon, and music festival. Broadcasting live from Louisville, Lewis brought together Bourbon fans from around the world for an immersive, day-long celebration of Kentucky’s most iconic spirit.

Approach

From live interviews with distillers and musicians to the “World’s Biggest Toast” on the festival’s main stage — attended by Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear — the event showcased the power of cultural storytelling and real-time engagement. The result: a major lift in awareness, engagement, and global reach for the Kentucky Bourbon Trail® brand.

The 2025 World Bourbon Toast™ proved that with the right mix of creativity, collaboration, and cultural resonance, one toast can truly bring the world together — Bourbon in hand.

The launch of the new iPhone 17 is pretty much a national holiday for wireless customers. And for C Spire, it also marked a crucial opportunity to help debut its new brand look and campaign: “There’s more to C.” The only issue? Not knowing what the new iPhone features would be until two days before filming. Challenge accepted.

Apple, C Spire, and Lewis help launch the new iPhone 17.

With so many unknowns and a tight turnaround, flexibility and planning were crucial. So we built a modular conceptual framework around the latest iPhone rumors and our best guesses at what the features might be. We overplanned. Overprepared. And alongside the C Spire team and trusted and nimble production partners, we overdelivered. Quickly adjusting to the iPhone reveal, we created a spot that highlighted three unique features, more than any other carrier, while also demonstrating how C Spire’s network helps customers get more out of life.

reVive Light Therapy™

Each August, Bama Rush dominates TikTok, turning sorority recruitment at the University of Alabama into a viral cultural phenomenon. In August 2023 alone, hashtags like #BamaRush, #BamaRushTok, and #RushTok reached over 104 million people. We sought to authentically insert reVive Light Therapy™, 
our light therapy skincare client, into this cultural moment to build Gen Z awareness and drive measurable business results.

How sisterhood sparked skincare buzz.

We launched Glow On, Sister, a campaign designed to seamlessly match RushTok’s humor, energy, and aesthetic. Out of this umbrella, we created RushLux—a multi-channel activation that included hand-delivered light therapy skincare kits to sorority houses, cheeky sisterhood-inspired messaging, and outdoor boards and on-campus visibility. These efforts introduced the reVive Light Therapy™ Lux Collection’s bestselling devices to an entirely new audience, driving both awareness and engagement.

The campaign spanned TikTok, Instagram, email, and Snapchat, combining creator-style content, gifted products with on-site education and activation, and playful promo codes to drive both engagement and conversion.

By capitalizing on Bama Rush at its cultural peak, Glow On, Sister transformed reVive Light Therapy™ into a brand that felt relevant and aspirational to a new generation. The campaign proved that when cultural timing meets platform-native creative, you don’t just earn attention—you drive lasting growth.

Birmingham Zoo

The Birmingham Zoo came to us with a simple ask–create a logo mark for their 70th anniversary. What they ended up getting was a year-long integrated campaign celebrating the biggest birthday in Birmingham and inviting everyone to get in touch with their inner party animal.

70th Anniversary Logomark

To celebrate the zoo's 70th birthday and the amazing diversity of animal species found there, we created a flexible logo that featured four of their most popular animals in a clean, modern, and most importantly, fun design.

Integrated Campaign

To help promote the zoo's 70th birthday, we created an ad campaign that let the animals show everyone how they each like to party in their own particular way. The ads served as birthday invitations to zoo lovers across the region to join the fun in seasonal events throughout the year.

Campaign Event: Cougar Crossing

To promote the zoo's new Cougar Crossing exhibit, we teased a giant present arriving soon. We even had artwork in a local art gallery defaced by mysterious claws. Then we took our larger-than-life gift around town, where it growled at passersby before the big reveal.

Campaign Event: Carousel Reopening

When the newly refurbished carousel was about to reopen, we placed life-size carousel animals on already existing lamp poles to let everyone know another gift was headed back to the zoo.

Cahaba Brewing Partnership

The party continued all year, and when the annual "Zoo Brews" event arrived, we partnered with Cahaba Brewing Co. to create custom Blonde Ale and Hazy IPA designs. The perfect drinks to raise a toast to 70 years of wild.

The Birmingham Zoo's 70th birthday was one no man or animal will ever forget. Our efforts had social media and local news stations going ape, and boosted annual attendance by 10% and saw a 17% increase in zoo membership. A birthday wish we were more than happy to help grant.
