The partners needed more than just a name and a brand voice. They needed a true brand essence, a personality to showcase their vision and separate them from neighboring communities like Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and Seaside. We worked with the founders, partners and stakeholders on a strategic vision for the legacy development. Once our strategy was outlined and approved, we got to work. We created the development’s brand around an ancient word meaning comfort and connection, and then we launched Kaiya Beach Resort.
We continued the story of Kaiya by naming buildings and streets, creating marketing collateral, designing the sales studio and interiors, and handling all social media and video content. We also helped identify target audiences, both in local and feeder markets.
These single-family and multifamily homes range in price from $1.8 million to $3 million. In 2019, we continue branding and marketing for the Inn and Beach Club, the next phase in the development of the Kaiya story.
