Elevating a brand and a community.

SweetBay, a master - planned community in Northwest Florida, came to us in 2018 drastically needing to increase home sales. Visit SweetBay Website

Already two years into development, sales were lagging on a property slated to grow to over 3,200 residences. They came to us with two key questions: who is most likely to buy at SweetBay and how can home sales be exponentially increased in the audience? We assigned a team of Lewis strategists with deep expertise in mixed - use developments, cross - touchpoint branding, and lead generation. Our creative and strategy teams toured the property, immersing themselves in the details of every home, and the finer points of every amenity.

Crucial to the plan for growing leads and sales, Lewis elevated the SweetBay brand, evolving the logo, brand colors, and brand voice to a more sophisticated perch—something that reflects the quality and unique aspects of the SweetBay experience. Our new website quickly garnered national attention as an example of a beautifully designed lead generation tool.

Home sales quickly surged, with SweetBay already nearing sale of its 200th home, and aggressively moving forward on later phases of the project. Next up in 2019 is the development of a Town Center and Marina that will revolutionize the surrounding area.

We looked to Lewis to move us from being perceived as a new ‘subdivision’ to showcasing the vision, growth, and success of our large - scale master - planned community. We have benefitted from Lewis’ polished branding strategy and have seen their insights take our marketing to the next level in terms of branding, imagery, and messaging.
